We make use of a third-party courier service to ensure reliable and fast delivery. Please take note that there may be a delivery delay on products purchased over the weekend or on public holidays. Please note, orders received after 1pm will be couriered the following day. Orders placed over a weekend will be processed first thing on Monday morning.
- Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3-4 working days.
- We do offer international delivery at an additional cost. Please mail us at email@example.com to arrange delivery.

Our exchange policy is applicable 10 days from the receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange after this timeframe. The item should be in it’s original condition, including tags and hygiene labels. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Customers will be responsible for the shipping to exchange the item.
To complete your exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the information needed to send the new product in exchange.
